Ambassadors are an exclusive group of volunteers who believe in the Chamber's mission of advocating for a prosperous business community. They support our vibrant community and provide assistance for Chamber's activities and events. Ambassadors have an opportunity to not only represent and promote the Chamber, but to connect and engage with other members, local elected officials and key business stakeholders, while also promoting their own business.
Being an Ambassador is a time commitment, but will benefit you and your business. Ambassadors receive direct access to chamber members, getting your foot in the door with a local business. Talking about the Chamber is an excellent ice breaker, and the relationship you build is just that - yours! Active Ambassadors generally receive a higher level of word of mouth referrals and direct business from fellow members.
When an individual signs up or is referred to us by another Ambassador to join the group, we ask them to commit to a minimum attendance of 50% of all Ambassador designated events each quarter. The program operates on a point system to help track Ambassador participation. For each event or task assigned to the group, points are assigned and assessed quarterly in order to remain in the program.
